I am so excited to announce that I will be assisting on several yin yoga teacher trainings this year! The first one will be a yin yoga teacher training in Sri Lanka! This is something I’ve been looking forward to sharing for a while now, I just needed to have everything confirmed before sharing too many details with you guys.
You can read all about my yin yoga teacher training experience in India here. And guess what? I’ll be assisting Alex’ trainings, the woman I did my yin teacher training with. I am beyond grateful, humbled and excited about this. Alex is a wonderful person with so much wisdom to share. I’ve been blessed enough to continue my studies with her over the years and working with her on other projects, and now I’ll be assisting several of her trainings!
We offer both a 200-hour yin yoga teacher training in Sri Lanka and a 100-hour yin yoga teacher training in Sri Lanka. What’s extra special about these trainings is that they include Yoga Nidra (which I’ll be teaching!) and Reiki. This is such a fantastic opportunity.
I haven’t been to Sri Lanka before. I was supposed to go two years ago, but then the pandemic happened and everything came to a crashing halt… Well, now we’re back on! Before going to Sri Lanka I’ll be spending TWO weeks on Fulidhoo in the Maldives. I’m also going to assist Alex on yin yoga teacher trainings in Bali and India this year. Ah, how blessed I am!
Anyway, this also means I’m about to embark on a whole new adventure as a digital nomad in just three weeks. I almost cannot believe it. I’ll be working full time as I travel (I have my own business) so I truly will be a digital nomad. Something I’ve been dreaming of doing for years. Now it’s finally happening. Anyway, I’ll write a blog post about my new adventure as a digital nomad soon. For now let’s get back to the yin yoga teacher training in Sri Lanka.
Yin yoga teacher training in Sri Lanka
You can read all about the yin yoga teacher training in Sri Lanka on Yin Yoga Therapy Training. I suggest you check out Alex’s website for all the details and information. You can also sign up through her website. If you have any questions you are also welcome to reach out to her. You are also more than welcome to reach out to me, and I’ll put you in contact with Alex. If you have any questions specifically for me, of course feel free to ask away!
As mentioned I’ll be teaching yoga nidra. I’ll also be teaching all the morning yang yoga classes and the philosophy classes. So exciting, right? I would like to take a moment to say that EVERYONE can attend my yoga classes. We won’t do crazy pretzel-like poses here. That’s not really my thing anymore. So everyone and every BODY is welcome. My yang classes are a bit strala inspired. I really LOVE strala yoga. One day I would just love doing a training with Tara and Mike. Oh well, someday when they have a training in Utah (I would love to go to Utah) I’ll be there!
I am also really excited to share yoga nidra with you on the yin yoga teacher training in Sri Lanka. Yoga nidra is such a beautiful and special practice. I love listening to a guided yoga nidra video every night before going to sleep. I swear it makes my sleep MUCH BETTER and I find that I have more energy during the day. I also wake up earlier. Perhaps reducing my coffee intake also has a say in that, haha!
Anyway, I love yoga nidra, yoga philosophy, yin yoga and yang classes, and I’m beyond excited to share my love for yoga with you on the yin yoga teacher training in Sri Lanka. Or Bali or India! I would love to see you on the mat in any of these places this year.
Let’s create some magic!
Much love & Light,
